How To Treat Itchy Small Lumps On Armpit Caused After Insect Bite?
Hi, about 3 weeks back I had a mosquito bite on my left armpit and it was itchy of course but soon after it turned into a little painful ball or small lump and I went to the pharmacie and they gave me an antibiotic. The small lump is slowly going away but now I feel this weird pulling of a vein in my armpit when I try to stretch or lift anything up. Should I be worried?
** 1. when an insect bite, the released saliva can either cause: . inflammation . blisters . irritation, thus if something inside is going too long it could be possible that some part of sting or insect has been left behind or it could be a small itchy lump [papule] which can last for several days
2. see your general physician if you feel the symptoms are severe, since A persistent skin reaction is particularly likely following a tick bite.
