How To Treat Itchy Cut With Pus Behind Ear?

At first i had a little cut behind my ear and then it got itchy and now after a few weeks its oozing out liquid and there is pus forming around the area and the area has increased significantly and the skin around the area is covered in dried up pus and scabs and it is red. Is there anyway to cure this?

I can understand your concern. It seems that the cut you had behind your ear has been infected and not healing as it should.

I would advise you to visit your physician or ENT specialist to have a look at the wound and get the pus drained followed by dressing of the area.

In addition, you will need to go for prescription antibiotic such Cefixime 200 mg twice a day for 5 days. This antibiotic along with regular dressings with disinfectant and antibiotics ointment will heal the area.

Do not keep touching the area or scratch it if it itches. It will only worsen the infection.
