Hi,

Irregular gestational sac is one which does not have the well defined, regular borders of a normal gestational sac. It is an imaging feature related to a non-viable pregnancy which means miscarriage can occur. Your hCG levels and fetal heart rate should be measured to detect any fall in hCG levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
