How To Treat Head Injury In A 3 Years Old Child?
3 year old son fell and hit his head on cement Wednesday night. Monitored him, no loss of consciousness, pupils were equal and responsive to light, memory was fine. Starting Friday night, complained of headaches, irritable, and running a fever. Can the fever be related to head trauma?
