How To Treat Fistula?
I have a fistual problem sometimes discharging white pus and sometimes it bleeds a small. no pain. I am 47 years old. how to recover. I have taken pill SPORIDEX AF 750 and washed the anal with stream of hot water and Betadin lotion. Please give advise me how to overcome

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic fistula in ano.
There will be filling and emptying of fistula due to sinus track in various direction.
Anitibiotic or dressing are not going to help.
You need surgery to open all sinuses.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Oki and take care.
