Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having rheumatoid arthritis and you are on treatment for it. Currently you are having redness of eyes, this needs to be examined by a ophthalmologist as scleritis, episcleritis, dry eye, uveitis are commonly seen in case of rhenmatoid arthritis.
The tiny splits at the eye crease can be because of associated blepharitis and crusts in the nostrils are because of cold, running nose and sinus infection.

Thank you
