How To Treat Eczema On Hands?

i have a daughter that is one and a half years old I was told she has eczema and she is a thumb sucker and its really severe around her hands. she literally naws at both her hands even though she only sucks her right thumb she has deep cuts in between her thumb and pointer finger and on the back of her hands. If you look really closely at her hands she has tiny little bumps that almost look like pimples in the area that s aggravated. her pediatrician told me that its her saliva that makes it worse but its been like this ever since she was six months old I have tried all kinds of lotions, creams ,Vaseline s, home remedy s ointments that have been brought from other country s for (eczema) the prescription meds that I got from the doctor have no effect, nothing is working could it be something else?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, nothing would work any thing here because till the baby keeps the thumb sucking lesion would be there unless baby stops the thumb sucking because of the saliva such lesion takes place and thumb sucking need to be stopped once this stopped no lesion would be find there, better to seed the child psychiatrist, hope this information helps, take care.
