unwanted dry itching around the vaginal area... help please
hi im 23, female, 146lbs and 5,5'

i just recently went to see a walk in clinic doctor about and usually bump that i found there since i cut myself there with a shaver some time the week and few days before... as it turned out the bump was indeed an abscess growing on my private area and it was indeed painful. thankful a popped on its own and all the discharge came from it and it healed thank god, but since then i have been having very uncomfortable itching around the entire lower area, i havent been sexually active for a few month so im guessing its and yeast infection but i feel like every month im buying those over the counter creams that dont really do much but hurt my pocket, but this itching is the worst! it feels dry and itchy, kinda like when you don't lotion during the winter... and when ever i shower or use the lu ( pee) it itches again, i dont know what else to do. its embarrassing... oh and there is no fowl smells nor is there any vaginal discharge present... so please help me, what wrong with me and what should and shouldn't i do doc? help please. thank you
