How To Treat Dizziness?

I wake up dizzy from a nights rest, and I also noticed it happens when I take a nap or become sleepy. I was told that it could be related to mucus, but nothing comes out when I blow my nose. My blood pressure is fine as well, I'm only 17. Help please!

Thank you for asking!
Dizziness is quite a broad term for many conditions most of which are innocuous. Even a simple flu shot in recent past can cause that. So stop worrying and take some meclizine or betahistine. It will self resolve. If the problem persists consult an otorhinolaryngologist for assessment of vestibular functions.
Take care
