General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I really appreciate your concern. There are many reasons for vomiting. You have not mentioned about any stomach cramps, abdominal cramps, nausea, chest burning associated with vomiting. Nausea, vomiting and stomach cramps may be associated with gastritis. Food poisoning can also lead to acute vomiting and diarrhea which will stop after the bacteria or toxin are removed from body. I advise you to have Rabeprazole with domperidom and if there is associated diarrhea then you should have antibiotics plus antiprotozoal combination drugs.
Extreme dizziness and muscle fatigue in your case could be due to vomiting and dehydration. For fluid replacement you should take Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) insted of plain water. ORS solution can be prepared from the ORS sachet available in the market. Alternatively, you can prepare ORS at home by mixing 1 liter of water, 1 scoop of sugat and 1 pinch of common salt. Drink as much as you want to relieve your thirst. Fluid replacement will cure dizziness and muscle fatigue.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
