my name is muhammad abubakar,my testicles was not naturaly discended and i have an opreation of descending testicle and doctors said that it was a sucssesful opreation but now i am 18 and feel unconfortable on the size of my testicles as they are two small

Thanks for your query.
When was the operation done?
Was it on both the testicles or only one?
Un-descended testicles have a precarious blood supply.
When it is tried by the surgeon to pull it down even after the nearby structures are well mobilized, the blood supply may not be sufficient to sustain the healthy testicles.

The best way to confirm the size , you better get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination as well as the tests of semen analysis to confirm the function of the testis , whether sufficient to produce the sperms or not.

IF the reports are within the normal limits, do not worry.
If the reports are NOT normal further management has to be decided.
