How To Treat Diarrhea With Headaches And Nausea?

I'm a 24 year old 5 foot 1 female who weighs 112 pounds and for the last week I have had terrible diaherria. The cramps have gotten awful to the point where I can't sleep. I have also been getting headaches and nausea. I've tried drinking water, eating different kinds of foods, peptobismal, imodium...all to no avail.

Take Ciprofloxacin 500mg 1+1 for 5 days.
Also take Tab. Drotaverine 40mg 1+1 for 5 days.
