How To Treat Depression?

my daughter who is 14 has been suffering from depression for 2 years I taken her to professionals from day one starting with her pediatrician then theopist...lots of them. she is in the hospital for the second time this month because I am afraid she is going to kill herself. She cuts and has signs of eating disorder beginnings. I am feeling like a residential facility is her best bet for recovery. This is a VERY hard decision to have our daughter be away from us for months but I have to make this decision on her best options for recovery. We have Medicaid due to my husbands open heart surgery which has left him disabled. The options with Medicaid limited and I am trying to find a place reasonably close to home so we can support her with family involvement.I need help finding the best treatment center I can find in a hurry I have one appoint set up with venice in Simpsonville on Monday. I can t let my daughter go anywhere I haven t seen first hand. Can you suggest any facilities I can explore? A Christian place would be my preference but its looking slim. I just want the best one available to us. Can you help?

whether it is secodray to depression????
or depression is secondary to eating disorder whether she talk about suicide???
or only give threaten to commit suicide???


because evaluation required in all area than we will come to treatment part
cuts is the part of aggression or anything else also need to be evaluate

so it would better to consult good psychiatrist and get treatment as early as possible
