How To Treat Cold, Breathing Difficulty Caused By Dust / Cold Weather?

I have suffer from cold and running nose and facing difficulty in breathing.

I have history with Sinus.

When ever i have get contact with dusty or chilled atmosphere usually i am facing this problem.

Kindly give help me for getting relief from this

Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history it most probably seems to be allergic bronchitis or sinusitis like condition

CBC with AEC done for that

If eosinophila present than treated with Allegra LC drug course for ten days

For runny nose oxymetazoline nasal drops 0.05% can be used for three days..

Take one tsp ginger juice with honey for few days

Vitamin C lozenges taken

Drink more water

And if needed chest x ray done to rule out bronchitis

For allergy patch test like allergy testing can be done

Consult physician for Auscultation and examination first and keep my answer in mind
