How To Treat Bulky Uterus And Paraovarian Cyst?
my sister had a pap smear test recently and the result was negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy she has a bulky uterus her age is 29yrs she suffers from severe pain thrice in a week she has a left paraovarian cyst she has inserted a mirena recently some doctors suggest for uterus removal wat do we do now

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be nonspecific unless proved some pathology clinically, hysterectomy if indicated then it need to be done, but important is some pathological changes and for that better to get done some test like MRI, biopsy, marker test and others, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
