How To Treat Bronchitis?

I was diagnosed with bronchitis and I am congested and wheezing. I then got laryngitis, My dr prescribed me methylprednisolone and I'm using a albuterol inhaler, but I'm still wheezing and congested. He also prescribed me a zpak.....why am I not better after a week?

I can understand your concern.
Treatment of bronchitis is based on severity. And to know the severity, you need PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
You may need additional bronchodilators if your bronchitis is very severe.
So get done PFT and start appropriate inhaled bronchodilators according to the severity.
You may also need mucolytic and expectorant drugs because chest congestion is there.
So consult your doctor, discuss all these and start appropriate treatment for control of your bronchitis.
