Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello, i think it is not bare foot walking which is causing trouble to her. I think it is weak bone and weak muscle which are responsible for it. So how to make them better. First prescribe your mother calcium and vitamin D 3 like CCM. Also she needs rich protein diet, eggs , fish ,milk, soyabin. Give her tablet methylcobal as well to support her nerves. For pain killer tramadol is safe in her age group.
