How To Treat Arm Inflammation ?

i made skin test for T.B. & my result was false positve as i took BCG vaccine & my chest x ray was normal now i want to treat the inflamation in my arm in place of the injection can u help me if there is any medical topical product for this ?

hi
u have reactive lesion over arm
apply antibiotic and steroid combination cream like betnovate n over that area twice a day
stop it once it recover
wear full sleeve cloths to cover it
better to consult dermatologist
