How To Treat Anal Pimple?

I had a pimple close to my anus area. It hurt for a few hours but then stopped. Doesn't hurt anymore and i cannot feel it there. should I be concerned? about 2.5 years ago, I had this extra skin-colored stuff in the same spot. it was round and it ached. It was like an extra mass of skin. It fell after a week or 10 days and I could see it. Grossed me out but it didn't reappear. However, I get pimples in the same spot. Have had them twice so far! Should I be concerned?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* According to your narration & medical correlation, it is likely to be
hemorrhoid needs confirmation by physical examination .
* Treatment of hemorrhoid varies according to the clinical severity &
grading of it , but follow some general measures for any kind of
hemorrhoids as
- always take care to have soft stools by managing your diet in such a way
to have more green leafy vegetables, fiber, fruits , plenty of liquids ,
whole grains etc.
- avoid oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages till possible
- avoid sitting on hard surfaces for long periods
- avoid exposure to excess heat
- maintain hygiene of the local part
- refrain from any anal sex activities ( if doing )
- avoid smoking / alcohol
- pain killers as & when required in case of more discomfort
- Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water for 10 minutes
morning, evening, specially after passing stools ) help a lot
- local application of Xylocaine (5%) jelly over anal opening give soothing
effect
- immediately consult surgeon if more pain , bleeding , mass not going
inside , severe discomfort in sitting , persistent discharge from mass , very
hard stools
Hope this helps you .
