How To Treat Abdominal Bloating, Pain And Body Chills Caused Due To Norovirus?

My husband and I have probably had a bout with norovirus. His started late Thursday night. The vomiting and diarrhea stopped by yesterday but he has continued to have hiccups and a bloated stomach with pain. He has also experienced chills but doesn t seem to be running a fever. Do his symptoms require a trip to the ER? If not, is there something we can do at home to relieve his discomfort? Thanks, Linda YYYY@YYYY

welcome HCM
Dont worry you will be fine soon,
Viral diarrhoea is self limiting, it alters gut bacterial composition , you can take Enterogermina oral suspension or capsules daily twice for 3 days, and take ORS liquid as required.
if the symptoms are getting worsened than you have to visit ER,
thankyou
