How To Treat A Mole In The Underarm Which Is Sometimes Painful?

I have a mole under my arm..near my arm pit area but it not under my armpit though...and its hurting me because its rubbing up against my clothes causing my mole to twist.. questions are can i get it removed... or what happens if it falls off cause my mole has a little fat head but the body attatched to my skin is really tiny and thin so what can i do cause iam and it feels like sometimes that its going to fall off

Show it to doctor.With his supervison can be cautrised.Apply betadine ointment for 3-4 days.Keep it under watch for few days if there is no swelling or pain stop treatment.
