How To Treat A Hard Lump In The Perineum Area Of Vagina?

I have noticed something hurting when I go to the bathroom. I took a mirror and looked and it s between my vagina hole and my butt hole....sorry for the graphics. Anyway it is like a hard lump there and it looks like it is scratched or something bc it is a little red. I am 37 yr old female and I haven t had sex in a few months. What could this be? Very worried!!!!!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I have gone through your problem.
The findings described in your case are suggestive of some sort of genital warts which needs to be evaluated by a doctor for confirmation.
Other possibilities are hair follicle infection or sebaceous cyst.
A properly conducted examination by a doctor or uploading the picture will help in confirming the diagnosis.
The treatment option depends upon the diagnosis.
It may require cauterization in case of genital warts.
For the treatment of hair follicle infection an appropriate antibiotic course will cure the condition.
Best regards
I find this answer helpful
