How To Treat A Bruise In The Eye?

My 15mths daughter suddenly has a bloodspot in her white left eye. I've read that it might be harmless. She's not showing any sign of pain and itch. Also read that it might because of sneezing, coughing, etc to hard. But she did slipped & fell on the floor head first last 2 day, but fortunately nothing bad happen to her. Maybe that's the reason for the spot? Thank you
