How To Treat Urinary Retention Problem That Causes Urethra Spasms And Burning In Vagina?
I have a series of things wrong with my bladder... I just recently found out I have a slight case of urinary retention. The urologist I seen said I could live with this... but I can't it's very frustrating. I have had about 5 or 6 utis in the last year as well. I have urethra spasms which are very uncomfortable and some times painful, along with a slight burning feeling in my urethra and vagina. I go to the bathroom a lot during the day an about 3 or 4 times during the night. This has took hold of my life. I wont go any where there is no bathroom and when it kicks in full gear I just want to stay home where I'm comfortable. If I drink liquids it runs right through me... In a matter of minutes I have a full bladder... I'll use the bathroom an feel as though I emptied my bladder but a few minutes later I go back only to find my self with a full bladder again... I need help. I need answers. Please help me... I'm only 21 years old...

I understand your problem I think that you are wrongly understood this could be a functional problem and not the retention of urine, looking to your age and gender this is some what not possible without the obvious pathology and if it is some kind of pathology then it can be treated very successfully, you must have developed kind of vicious cycle and that causing such symptoms, If I would be your doctor then I would surely put you on Amitriptyline tab, twice a day at least to control the symptoms on tentative base hope this will make you understand have nice day.
