General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, she is having polycystic ovarian disease and the symptoms of this disease are irregular periods and facial hair. You need to control her junk food no cold drinks and she should be started on metformin tablet once daily. She might need to repeat the ultrasound after 3 months.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
