Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vertigo as has repeated in your case needs a proper evaluation for it.
Hence I would advise first of all to consult an ENT Surgeon for a proper clinical evaluation, related investigations like calorie test, MRI of the mastoids and brain to see for any reasons for your vertigo.
Doing Epley and such things at home can have adverse effects also as it can increase your problems incapacitating your movement.
Continue the medications like cinnarazine and other symptomatic treatment.
Avoid going up the stairs.
Avoid fire and water.
You should know what to do what not to do.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
