How To Terminate Pregnancy?
Hi Dr. My wife last period date was 31 sep n end on 07 Oct. I intercrossed with her after one week now she got pregnant. She checked on pregnancy strip positive. Next mensis was on 31 oct but still not. What i do? I have 2 child 1 2.5 yrs n 2nd 9 mnths baby. Please suggest any pill.

I do not know in which country you are residing. If you are from India, termination of pregnancy is legal only up to 20 weeks of pregnancy.
Mifepristone and Misoprostol are the medicines which effectively and safely terminate the pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation, though in India, it is legal only up to 7 weeks to terminate the pregnancy by these medicines.
These medicines are prescription medicines and should be taken with Gynaecologist's advice. They cause developmental abnormalities and hence if they fail to terminate the pregnancy, it should be terminated by some surgical method like MVA aspiration or so.
These medicines are effective even after 9 weeks up to 20 weeks in terminating the pregnancy; however, for their use, indoor admission is needed.
