The watery discharge from the penis is due to excessive sectetion of mucus by Bulbo Urethral glands located in urethra which get stimulated during foreplay or on sexual arousal producing clear watery discharge from the penis .

It is a normal and natural response of the body to sexual stimuli /

You have to observe proper personal hygiene before entering into foreplay or sexual activities .

This does happen in early phase of sexual activities and gets resolved spontaneously as you get indulged in sexual activities very frequently.

There is no medicine that can prevet or cure this issue .
