Only very minimal quantity of misopostol is excreted in breast and hence it may not harm your baby. However if you want to be extremely safe I suggest that you can stop breast feeding for one day after taking misopostol and manually express the breast milk on that day to avoid breast engorgement. For that day you may give formula milks to your baby which are readily available.
