How To Stop 1.5 Months' Pregnancy?

Hi sir, I marriage on mid of the june 2011, i not want immediate child, but unfortunataly my wife is pregnant due to our some mistake & not take care at the time of sex, my wife is now 1.5 month preganant. I want to stop the pregancy, please comfirm the tablets for the stoping the preganancy

Hello,

In this case, medical abortion is the best choice to terminate early pregnancy. You need one Trans Vaginal ultrasound to know the nature of conception (tubal/ uterine) before taking abortion pill.

However, self administration of abortion pill is NOT recommended. You don't go for that as it is illegal in some country.

The abortion procedure is associated with several risks and complications like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramp, excessive vaginal bleeding, fainting etc. You can't control them by yourself at home without doctor's help.

This process can be done at home if you consult once with LOCAL DOCTOR as you have to go for follow up examination after 2 weeks to confirm that abortion process is completed.

One pelvic ultrasound scan may be required to check retained bits. Around 5% women may need D & C or suction (surgical method) to evacuate the uterine cavity.
