Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Start physiotherapy to gradually increase joint range of movement and power of leg and arm muscles. Gradually shift to standing with the help of brace, then shifting to walking as body allows. After some time, when power and coordination improves, shift to quadripod then tripod and so on ultimately walking without support.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rohan Shanker Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
