How To Remove White Heads On Face?

I have been having major hair fall , hair breakage and hair thinning problem. My hair line is receding and and I can see bald spots here n there.and the texture of my hair has changed. I had straight silky hair. But now it s all waving up. I want my straight hair back. I don t il if it s something to do with my hair cut. I have been layering my hair or is it because I am losing volume.i have had hair fall problem before. But last three months or so my hair fall problem has increased. I had split ends so I had cut my hair. Now I don t see anything.my hair is life less. And the rate of growth is not great at all.my hair doesn t grow at all. And coming tou skin. When I turned 20 I had loads of pimples.sudden outbreak. I just had it for a year or so. I didn t mess around with it. But still it left scars. But it s slowly fading away. Now I m 24yrs old.i have stubborn White heads on my nose which I have been tryin to remove for years by scrubbing.i scrub like once in one week or two weeks.i don t know if those are white heads. But they visibly huge pores.and I have uneven skin surface. And skin. Tone. My face compared to other parts of the body is dark. So I believe it s bad tan. How to remove tan?? How to smoothen facial skin ?? And how remove those White heads?? My skin is again lifeless and dull. I have very sensitive pimple prone skin. Photosensitive. My t zone is oily. Rest is normal. I don t have pimples anymore. Only during my girl days I get one. My menstrual cycle is also fine. I had night shifts and I stay away from home. So I didn t have time to take care of myself. I need some supplements or something to accelerate the growth of my hair. I need to stop hair thinning, hair fall and breakage. And I am in India. Can you pls suggest me a good sunscreen too. Pls help me

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The hair thinning and breaking indicates possible deficiency of vitamins, iron and trace elements as zinc, magnesium and others. My guidelines for better recovery:
- Local application of Minoxidil acetate solution (5%) in roots of hair
- Supplement of multi vitamin with iron syrup or capsule whatever is convenient
- Grow hair natural supplement
- Trace elements with zinc, magnesium, selenium, vitamin E
- Balanced nutritious diet

Discuss the need of systemic evaluation with basic lab tests with your doctor also during planned visit.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
