How To Remove Metal Piece In Throat And Breathing/swallowing Is Unaffected?
Hi, I've just eaten a meal and found a small piece of metal in it thinner than a stretched paperclip. I have swallowed a piece too, and can feel it in my throat but not sure if its stuck ut has scratched it. Its not affecting breathing or swallowing but aware of it. What should I do? Ignore it or go to a&e?

hello,thanks for ur query, any foreign body(metal piece) in throat should be ruled out.do not wait for complications to happen. it can be visible by xray or endoscopy.visit an ent surgeon for evaluation and rx. all d best. take care.
