How To Remove Cyst In Nose?
i just went to the doctors today and he gave me a bacterial rx for the inside of my nose due to a cyst
he said he would remove it if it isn't gone in 3 wks
how and what would he do to remove it - cut it out somehow? and would he numb it beforehand?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Mostly you could have nasal polyp like condition.
Do you have history of allergy?? Do you have deviated nasal septum??Do you have trauma to nose?
You have not described which medication given to you.
If it is allergic condition then antihistaminic can be given.If stronger drug needed then steroid spray may also has been prescribed.CBC if shows high eosinophils then allergic cause will be confirmed.
If it does't go away and producing obstructive symptoms then it is removed.
Depending on examination procedure choosen.
But now a days mostly it is removed by Endoscpoic removal.
You can recover within few days after surgery.So don't worry.
