Hello, I can understand your concern for the black spots caused by application of wax application. It is quite a common phenomenon to get dark spots due high actiity of melanocytes due to the inflammation caused by hot wax. The most important part is protection of the area from direct sunlight. You haven t told us since how many days teh spot is been present. If it is recent one and still in healing phase then accordingly I guide my patients to get it healed first. An antibiotic cream such as mupirocin is quite helpful in presenting secondary infection. If it is from few weeks then a skin lightening agent such as kojic acid cream is quite helpful to be applied at night time. All the best.
