Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The chest pain is not a normal phenomenon of nicotine withdrawal. It seems that it has just occurred cause of coincidence. The fact that the pain increase on exhaling suggests that the cause could be most probably musculo skeletal. You may take some painkillers like brufen or paracetamol to reduce the pain meanwhile. Howvere if it persist beyond 7 days then you will have to meet a doctor and get examined.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
