ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

i have my full sympathy with you as i get a lot of patients with the same problem.Allergy is a difficult condition to have and it can be very stressful , however it can be controlled.
I would like you to meet your allergy doctor/ent doctor for examination and considering starting steroid nasal sprays for you.You can also try yoga specially pranayama, it will definitely help.
Thanks
