How To Regulate The Blood Sugar Level?

I am diabetic. My HB1aC is 9. Fasting sugar value is 170. PP is 260. I am taking galvusmet 50/100 2 times a day along with telma 20 mg. My BP and cholestrol are normal. My food control is not good (due to the nature of my and my wife s work). I am an occasional consumer of alcohol. There are no physical activities. Are there any home-remedies which can help regulate my sugar with my current lifestyle

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry to see that your diabetes is not under control.
in diabetes 50% of your control depends on, how best you are able to make life style changes.
With out life style changes there can never be good diabetes control.
in spite of doing exercise,Depending more on medication will deplete your beta cells and very soon you might need have insulin shots.
the longevity of your pancreas and to keep away from complications its must to do exercise like walking for 45 mins and follow good diet pattern.
galvus met is a good medication consider meeting your doctor if sugars are not coming in to control even with good diet and exercise for 3 wks
