I feel you can have good
diet plan made by dietitian and
follow it .It should be reducing diet of around 1200 to 1500
cals. with lots of fibre.
You can have good calorie-burning exercise like running, swimming
or cycling 45 mins./day 5 days in a week.You should do strength
exercise like springs, dumbbells or weights two days in a week.
You have to follow this diet-exercise plan very patiently for
not less than 6 months because these measures are
only effective and scientific means to lose weight.
You can take drugs when these measures fail.
Gluformin may work if you have
insulin resistance
proved by increased insulin levels.
There are other drugs like
orlistat tabs and lately
Liraglutide Injs high dose which can be
taken under medical supervison.
