You can control your masturbation urge by trying not to masturbate everyday. You can try doing it maximum twice a week. Put your mind in productive activities. You can even start doing meditation and listening to music do keep your mind calm. For your calcium problem you must consult an endocrinologist and get your hormone levels checked. Treatment is there with medications.
