Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I stand on feet all day at work and if i stand in checkstand for an extended period of time, my feet start hurting. Its mostly heel pain. When I finally sit down and have to stand again, my heels feel tight and hurt so bad that i limp. The limping usually stops within 5-10 minutes. It feels like it loosens up and im finally able to walk normally. Now pain is spreading down to the soles also.
you are having typical symptoms of planter fasciatis and may be a calcaneal spur which can only be decided after an x ray of the heel you may try soaking your feet in warm water and physiotherapy for the sole use soft sole shoes or a gel insole as well
