General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* As per my clinical experience, the breast pain in reproductive age is mostly related to fibroadenosis issue most likely from hormone imbalance condition.

* Kindly provide me further details of menstrual cycle, amount, irregularities and other features so that better guidelines can be figured out.

* Till that time period, intake of diclofenac or nimesulide with paracetamol (after meals ) will help you for primary pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
