How To Reduce Itching Sensation In Private Parts After Having Sex?

Hello Sir, I had sex with my X GF. The same day i had sex with present GF. From then present GF and me developed some itching kind of sensation on our private parts and slowly there is some pain on the foreskin and in her Vagina. It seems to be some infection. Please advice what to do? I had sex with my first GF only once after I met my second GF.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. In such case using anti fungal ointments like terbinafine or miconazole locally will be helpful. But if still irritation persist then STD like chlamydia and gonorrhoea should be ruled out by doing urethral swab.
