Dear patient
Weight gain is normal during pregnancy and a normal mother gains around 10 to 11 kg during pregnancy. Your weight becomes normal after 6 months of delivering baby but some weight gain might be retained. You should wait till stitches are healed completely which is 21 days and then start excersise. You should learn aerobics and control your diet. You may also consult expert nutritionist and make diet chart so that your baby also gets proper nutrition.
