MY TSH-10,I AM DIABETIC,TAKE INSULIN 28+28 BEFORE BREAKFAST &DINNER.RBS AT 9PM YESTERDAY 250.I TAKE (TEMLA H 40-2 TABLETS,AMLODIPINE-1 MINIPRESS -1,METOPROLOL-1,ECOSPRINE-1) IN THE MORNING AND IN THE EVENING AMLODIPINE-1,MINIPRESS-1, METOPROLOL-1,ATORVA-1,TEMSULIN-1& TO TAKE CARE OF BIPOLAR SODIUM VALPROIT-4, LAMETRAGENE-2. WHAT TO DO TO LOWER TSH

Hi,

You did not mention, if you are taking some thyroxine replacement or not. Also, what are your levels of T3 and T4, as your dose of levothyroxine may be related to these values. Therefore, you are advised to see your doctor, who may guide you with adequate doses of thyroid hormone and treatment done accordingly. You will also be needed periodic follow up with testing of your thyroid profile regularly and titration of your dose of thyroxine under guidance of your doctor.
