How To Prevent Sperm Leaks In The Morning?

Hi iam 24 yrs old.. in the sleep my sperm is getting leaked .. this is happening especially in the mornings like 4 a.m.

i dont want this i want to control . i am feeling guilty as i want to grown up in spiritual atmosphere. but this leakage is disturbing me ..please help me

Hi,
Discharging of semen during while sleep is called night fall (wet dreams). Nightfall is a normal physiological process. I can understand the concern you are having and going by the fact that you feel guilty, I am assuming that you don't masturbate either. You haven't mentioned about any sexual contact too.
Semen production is a continuous process in our body once a man attains puberty (becomes sexually mature). This semen has to be released out of the body, which happens if one has sex or one masturbates. If a person does neither of it, semen is discharged as part of nightfalls. So, you need to stop worrying about it. Hope this helped.
