My period has started. The day goes by okay but the morning is my problem. Getting up and out of bed, I have a period rush. The blood clot that formed while I was laying down to sleep shows itself. And start leaking. My pad is pretty dry but the leak manages to get on my legs and starts getting messy. Is there any way to prevent this. My parents would never let me take birth control pills and use tampons.
