Hi im brian been on suboxne 3 years taking 16mg a day but I knew I was low so I got down to 1mg two days and know I have had none in 2 days well im wanna do it coldturkey whats can I do not to be sick and cramps plus how many days will i feel like this please help me

Congratulations on your decision to quit. The withdrawal from Suboxone is delayed and usually does not set in within a couple of days. It is milder than the withdrawal from other opioids, though it lasts longer. During this period, try taking lots of water and use over the counter medicines like Tylenol for relief from cramps and body ache.
