Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
By looking at Tue values you have posted regarding your lipid profile, it appears that total cholesterol and triglycerides are borderline high. HDL cholesterol is lower than normal. LDL cholesterol seems to have been maintained in range.
Also your weight of 95 KGS is higher than normal.
What you are doing is alright. The best ways to control lipids in serum is by means of diet and exercise.
Avoid high carbohydrate and lipid rich diet. Cut down eating junk food. Eat fibre rich diet by including vegetables and fruits with complex carbohydrates and proteins.
Exercise is the best way to improve your good cholesterol - HDL cholesterol. You need to go for brisk walk for 40 minutes daily. You can distribute the timings in morning and night.
Apart from this, you can include exercises like swimming, jogging and skipping as you feel comfortable with.
Have patience as it takes about 3 to 6 months for you to appreciate the results. Keep a check on lipid profile every 6 months.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
