How To Normalise Bowel Movement With Nausea During Pregnancy?

6 months pregnant and I haven t had a normal bowel movement in 5 days. Instead I am constantly throwing up and the top of my belly below my breasts feels tight. Tried a liquid diet and and laxatives but laxatives only relieved me for a few hours. Next dr appt is in a week. Any help is welcomed.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
it is common to have such a complaint in pregnancy.
You should take warm water in morning and at least two glasses.
take lots of salads and fruits all day.
in case this is not helpful then take syrup duphalac two spoons at night.
